Welcome to the office of Dr. Matthew W Allen IV, DDS

Dr. Allen is a graduate of The University of Tennessee and completed his undergraduate degree at The University of Miami. Dr. Allen established his practice and became a sole practitioner in 1989 and was named one of Southwest Florida’s top 100 Dentists by Gulfshore Life Magazine in 2012 & 2019. He is a current member of the American Dental Association, the Lee County Dental Society, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the Lee county Chamber of Commerce where he served as a board member.

Offering Complete Dental Care for A Range of Needs

Over the years Dr. Allen has treated many dental patient cases that include special needs treatment plans, oral surgery, general dentistry, crowns, bridges, teeth whitening, extractions, and fillings.

Currently Dr. Allen’s primary focus is restorative dentistry and hygiene maintenance.

Dr. Allen spends his free time with his wife Jean and their dog Ta Ta who is the newest furry addition to the household. Dr. Allen enjoys golfing and many patients have run into him on the course. He has two children and two grandchildren that he is very proud of. Dr. Allen’s staff considers him to be an extremely kind, caring, and gentle person.
